Feature 1 of 1

We celebrate Mardi Gras with a pair of happy hours in the afternoon.

SUNRISE OVER THE PACIFIC

I was up early and spotted a beautiful sunrise in our wake

MARDI GRAS IN THE OCEAN BAR

Mardi Gras was celebrated in the Ocean Bar twice:  from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm and again from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

We attended the festivities at 6 pm and learned that there was a much bigger crowd at 3:30 with the Ocean Bar being packed.  Masks and other Mardi Gras Swag was passed out at the 3:30 event, but the swag was gone by the time we arrived around 6:30 pm.

ON THE WORLD STAGE

The Bird Dogs, played hits from the Everly Brothers, putting on a masterful show this evening.  It was one of the best of the cruise.

Song list:
– Lucille
– Bird Dog
– All I Have To Do Is Dream
– Till I Kissed Her
– When Will I Be Loved
– Cathy’s Clown
– Crying In The Rain
– Ebony Eyes
– Walk Right Back
– Gone, Gone, Gone
– Let it be me
– Bye, Bye Love
– Wake Up Little Susie
