Day 38, At Sea, En-route San Antonio (Santiago)
COFFEE CHAT
The amazing talent, Kenny Martyn, was the guest at Coffee Chat this morning. As with many guest entertainers, he broke into cruise ships when an opportunity arose to fill in for an entertainer who cancelled at the last second on the QE2. He is an amateur pilot and enjoys flying gliders in his spare time.

CASINO UPDATE
Texas Hold ‘em continues in the casino with a $60 tournament in the morning and a $30 tournament in the afternoon. There are no longer any cash games.
I had four of a kind on the Flop this afternoon which is always exciting but unfortunately it was early in the tournament and I didn’t win a lot of money. The odds of getting 4 of a kind on the Flop are 407 to 1.

OPEN OCEAN CRUSING
We spent most of the day cruising far off the coast of Chile so there wasn’t much to see other than the open ocean. It was foggy for much of the day and evening. The ship’s foghorn was sounded frequently as the night wore on.
CROSSROADS
Tonight’s show on the main stage was the Holland America singers and dancers performing Crossroads. This is a country-western-based theme show which was very good. They performed many hits including “Burning Love” and “Who says you can’t go home”
